Future-ready skills for young people in Croydon
Too many young people in Croydon feel shut out of work or education. Confidence is low, employers want digital skills, and AI feels like something “for other people.” We’re here to change that.
Ad Astra UK is running a rolling programme in Croydon to give young people the skills, support and belief they need to step forward. Each group runs for six weeks, with new cohorts starting all through 2025 and 2026.
Who it’s for
- Young people aged 16–24
- Those not in education, employment or training (NEET)
- Anyone curious about AI and how it can help with jobs, study or side hustles
What you’ll gain
✨ Hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Canva and Copilot
✨ A professional CV and tailored job application support
✨ Mock interviews and mentoring from people who get it
✨ Digital confidence you can use in real life
✨ Connections with Croydon employers, mentors and partners
